Create a Direct Line

Direct Lines are private 1to1 message links you create for a specific person only. Perfect when someone asks for your inbox but you don’t want to share your main link (eg. temporary chats..etc)

Open the chat with @ConvogramBot with the command /open , you will see the below menu :

Click on the Inbox button

Click on the Direct Line button

The Direct Line menu opens: you can create a new or manage existing Direct lines

Create a Direct Line

Click on the Create a Direct Line

Enter the Username (with or without @)

Convogram will generate a user specific link that only them can use

Manage existing Direct Lines

Click on the Manage my existing button

Convogram will show your existing Direct lines, you can click on the one you would like to delete

Convogram will ask for a confirmation, click on 'Yes, Delete'

Your Direct Line will be then deleted and the link will be no longer active and will not accept new messages.
