Send a message to a Convogram Inbox

Open an Inbox link/Direct Line link > Convogram will open the chat in private

Send your message in the chat

Convogram will ask you to choose a category that describes you

Convogram will ask you then to choose the type of message you are sending (NB: False categorization may negatively impact your reputation)

The built-in AI will scan and check the category of message sent

In case of mismatch : a message will notify and ask you whether to keep selected category or change to suggested

Receive a message in your Convogram Inbox

When you receive a new message in your inbox : Convogram will post a message in group (For Convogram group boxes) or send you a DM to notify you about the new message receive

Click on View Messages to open the Inbox

You can click on the sender's name to open the message or Mark Read directly

You can view the sender's profile, the sending date/time, sentiment analysis, priority score (on a scale of 0–100), and an AI-generated summary.

You will have three buttons:

• Reputation scoring: Rate the sender. This rating will be linked to their profile and visible to other users. A low reputation score will automatically move the sender to spam.

• Delete message

• Mark as read (the message will then appear in the "Read" inbox)
