Set an Out-of-office Message

Convogram lets you set up automatic out-of-office replies so senders know when you're away. This page explains how to enable auto-replies, customize your message and active period

Open the chat with @ConvogramBot with the command /open , you will see the below menu :

Click on Settings

Click on Out of Office

Click on ✅ Enable Out of Office

Set the Start date : You can choose 'Start from now' or enter a Custom start date

Set the End date : You can choose from the preset duration or enter a custom end date

Enter the message that will be automatically sent during the Out of office period

You can see a preview of your auto reply message, and either Save or click back to change it

The automatic replies are now active, and will be sent to anyone contacting you during the Out of office period
