Organize a Meet'

Open the chat with @ConvogramBot with the command /open , you will see the below menu :

Click on ConvoMeets

Click on Plan a Meet

Enter a meeting subject/name

Enter the usernames of the participants

Enter the meeting date & time

Select the room where you would like to hold the meet

Convogram will confirm the meet, with a recap of the set details

Convogram will also post a message in the group, to confirm the upcoming meeting
