Start/End a Meet

Open the chat with @ConvogramBot with the command /open , you will see the below menu :

Click on ConvoMeets

Click on My Planned Meets

Click on Upcoming

Click on the Meeting you want to join

A summary of the meeting will be shown, you can export the meeting to any 3rd party app (via .ics file)

Click on Access Meeting Room

Click on Start Meeting

The meeting will be kicked-off, open the voice chat in the group to speak with the participants

Click on End Meeting to end the ongoing meeting

A menu will open:

• Remove participants: will delete invited participants from the group

• Clean chat: will delete messages posted in the group
